In Seattle, elementary, middle, and high schools are automatically assigned to a student based on
where they live. If their house falls within a particular school's boundary, they are assigned to that school.
This map visualizes the attendance zones for all the schools in Seattle.
There are also a number of "option schools," to which no student is automatically assigned, and which offer specialized curriculums. To learn more about these schools, visit the Seattle Public School's website.
Note that some school boundaries overlap. To see the full attendance zone for a particular school, simply click on the dot corresponding to the school you are interested in.
